Meanwhile ,we can provide different conditions according to requirements including black surface ,rough machining or finished machining.
The company is equipped with more than ten sets of heat treatment equipment, including bell furnaces with a maximum diameter of 8500mm, aluminum alloy solid solution aging furnaces, and various types of trolley and bell furnaces. These facilities can meet a range of customer requirements, such as normalizing, annealing, quenching, tempering, solid solution, and aging.
The company has a complete range of machining production line equipment, including various types of CNC vertical lathes ranging from 1.6m to 10m, 5m and 8m machining centers, and more than ten sets of additional equipment such as sleeper lathes, grinders, and CNC drilling machines. These facilities provide capabilities for milling, grinding, drilling, and other metal chip processing.
Mexwind owns the testing center ,we can do ultrasonic testing, micro analysis, tensile testing, impact testing, hardness testing in house ,and provide in-house testing report for each shipment ,and long-term in-depth cooperation with third-party laboratories.
